Largest collections have been praised by critics when Henri Matisse’s artworks were gathered for an exhibition at Tate Modern, starting this Thursday.
Henri Matisse was a French artist who started forming collages from paper when his sickness did not allowed him to produce or paint. His famous pieces includes The Snail and Blue Nude.
After his cancer cure he worked from a wheelchair and the exhibition collects work dating from 1937-54. He died at the age of 84 because of a heart failure.
