Thomas Cohen, Peaches Geldof’s husband “is not in any way under suspicion” of being involved in her death.
Last month, the 25 year old presenter was found dead at her husband’s home in Wrotham, a village on the Pilgrims’ Way in Kent, England. The officers are searching a drug dealer because the laboratory tests have declared the use of heroin as the cause of her death.
However, on Friday night, a detective chief officer, Paul Fotheringham, highlighted that “there is no plan to” interview or arrest the S.C.U.M rocker, who found his wife dead in the spare bedroom of the property on April 17.
Moreover, Fotheringham also identified that the drug paraphernalia was confiscated from the property same day when Peaches’ body was found. The reports had previously suggested that a family member or a friend removed the evidence before the paramedics team’s arrival.
Earlier this week, the hearing of a judicial inquiry disclosed that Thomas Cohen, who married the former model back in 2012, took his sons Astala (two years old) and Phaedra (one year old) to his parents house in London just four days before the death of the glamorous model, so that they could pay full attention to their work. This was something he usually has been doing since long.
Moreover, sources now claim that Peaches was privately visiting a nearby rehabilitation center in the last weeks before her death in order to get prescriptions for methadone which is a special drug that helps the heroin addicts to recover. More and more youngsters in UK are getting addicted to heroin recently and officials must launch a nationwide campaign to raise the awareness of its severe outcome.
